Teachers as designers chartTeachers use the elements of design when planning lessons and units for their students every day. This recorded presentation will explore the ADDIE model for instructional design and consider where concepts like Universal Design for Learning and Differentiated Instruction naturally fit in the big picture of supporting student growth.

This presentation will start by examining why educators should think of themselves as designers, where UDL and Differentiated Instruction fit into a design process and end off with exploring if the instructional design model can support teachers during their planning for students.
