Date I joined SET-BC
September 6, 2011
Starting my career as an English teacher overseas, I continued on my path as a classroom teacher, then as service delivery manager at SET-BC. Currently I am serving as the district vice principal at SET-BC primarily responsible for the Loan Bank. Being at SET-BC has given me an opportunity to expand my knowledge and career horizons beyond the classroom. I am part of an amazing organization that works in partnership with school districts across British Columbia to promote true inclusion in the classroom and provide access to the curriculum for students with diverse needs.
I am passionate about technology and see endless possibilities in its uses as a tool to support learning. I am interested in the long-term effects of technology on the social development of children and how this affects learning.
