About This Resource
This collection of Clicker sets is related to the book I Got a Family by Melrose Cooper. The sets were created by Barb Lark as part of a larger group of resources for educators in the Comprehensive Literacy for All Book Collection. This Book Collection includes learning activities for individuals developing early literacy skills, regardless of their age. Activities focus on reading, writing, alphabet knowledge and phonemic awareness to provide meaningful literacy experiences.
Family Writing: This Connect Set allows students to write about family members by selecting from whole words and phrases. The vocabulary is based on the book I Got a Family.
Family Member Word Matching: Students match words about family members.
Verb Matching: Students match words with pictures + words, using vocabulary from the book I Got a Family.
