This collection of Clicker sets is related to the book She Persisted Around the World: 13 Women Who Changed History by Chelsea Clinton. The sets were created by Barb Lark as part of a larger group of resources for educators in the Comprehensive Literacy for All Book Collection. This Book Collection includes learning activities for individuals developing early literacy skills, regardless of their age. Activities focus on reading, writing, alphabet knowledge and phonemic awareness to provide meaningful literacy experiences.
She Persisted World Sentences: Students can write sentences about the women in the book using whole words.
She Persisted World Adapted Book: This adapted talking book was created using the She Persisted World Sentences. Students can listen to an abbreviated version of the book.
I Can Change the World Writing: Students can write about their own strengths and ambitions using whole words and phrases.
She Persisted World Vocabulary Match: Students can match targeted text from the book.
She Persisted World Flag Match: Students can match pictures + text with text for flags of countries mentioned in the book.
Women’s Quotes World Connect Set: Using this Connect set, students can match women in the book with their famous quotes.
