About This Resource

This collection of Clicker Sets is related to the book Pigs Aplenty, Pigs Galore! by David McPhail. The Sets were created by Barb Lark as part of a larger group of resources for educators in the Comprehensive Literacy for All Book Collection. This Book Collection includes learning activities for individuals developing early literacy skills, regardless of their age. Activities focus on reading, writing, alphabet knowledge and phonemic awareness to provide meaningful literacy experiences.

What was Funny about the Pigs Sentences: Students write 2-part sentences using whole words/phrases. Teachers can vary the levels of scaffolding to support student success.

Someone Bugged Me Writing Frame: Students choose from clusters of words to write a sentence of complaint.
