About this Resource
This is a sequencing activity with a composting theme. Vocabulary words used: compost bin, compost, food scraps, saw dust, paper shreds, teacher, girl, boy. At the end there is a bonus activity for students to try stamping their own picture using the parts from the activity. This activity supports the BC Ministry of Education PLO for Grade 2 Science/Earth and Space Science/Air, Water and Soil: explain why air, water, and soil are important for living things.
