About this Resource
Grade 7. This activity is a unit on Ancient Greece. Topics covered are: location, city-states, traders, warriors, women and democracy. "Read" activities allow students to learn new information. "Write" activities allow students to create short sentences with new vocabulary. This activity was designed to support the Provincial Learning Outcomes for Grade 7 Social Studies: – Identity, Society and Culture: 1. analyse social roles within one or more ancient civilizations. 2. identify influences and contributions of ancient societies to present-day cultures.
