About Me

As an occupational therapist, I use a trauma-informed lens and task analysis to consider ways to support well-being, give meaning, and celebrate human potential. My practice includes working with individuals of all ages in diverse settings, including private practice, acute and outpatient hospital services, schools, communities, and home-based care. I acknowledge that it is a privilage to practice on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, and remain committed to ways that honour these lands and the communities connected to them.

Together, by integrating the right technology and embracing openness and continuous growth, we can expand learning opportunities and create meaningful participation in everyday life.
