This collection of Clicker Sets is related to the book To Mimi’s House We Go by Susan Meissner. The Sets were created by Barb Lark as part of a larger group of resources for educators in the Comprehensive Literacy for All Book Collection. This Book Collection includes learning activities for individuals developing early literacy skills, regardless of their age. Activities focus on reading, writing, alphabet knowledge and phonemic awareness to provide meaningful literacy experiences.
To Mimi’s House Phrase Writing: The four grids in this set allow for writing about grandmothers’ names, where grandmother lives, how you get to grandmother’s house, and what you do there. The book is generally related to Christmas but these writing grids are not holiday-based.
Location Matching Set: This grid set matches words and pictures of locations represented in the book.
Transportation Matching Set: This grid set matches words and pictures of transportation represented in the book.
Verb Matching Set: This grid set matches words and pictures of verbs that represent activities in the book.
