About this Resource

Grade 2, grade 3, grade 4: In this Boardmaker Studio project, the student can learn about and practise rounding to the nearest 10, 100 or 1000. The student is presented with a brief description of how to round numbers. The practise activities are errorless sorting and matching tasks. When you feel the student is ready for a skills test, in Edit Mode, right click on the page in the left pane and select Edit Shared Variables. Change the first item (Quiz Mode) Initial Value from No to Yes. The student can complete the sort or match and then check on accuracy.
