About this Resource
Grade 1. In this Boardmaker Studio project, the student is presented with images of Canadian coins and bills to $20 and asked to determine which of the 3 amounts is the correct answer. Feedback is provided on accuracy. A maximum of 2 errors can be made before the correct answer is presented. A teacher report can be printed for this activity. This activity supports the BC Ministry of Education PLO for Grade 1 Literacy Foundations Math(2011) Shape and Space Measurement: identify, count, and create equivalent sets for coins and bills up to $100.
