About this Resource

Grade 8. This project includes a variety of activities to learn about fluids. The Vocabulary activity provides a basic definition of some of the key vocabulary. The Match activity provides a key vocabulary word to be matched to a picture b y drawing lines. The Questions activity provides multiple choice questions (4 options). This can be set with or without feedback. Finally, the Writing activity provides a bank of key words on the topic in order to write independently. This project supports the BC Ministry of Education Prescribed Learning Outcomes for Grade 8 Science/Physical Science/Fluides and Dynamics/C6: describe the relationship between solids, liquids, and gases using the kinetic molecular theory.
