About this Resource
In this Matching Set, created by SET-BC, students match pictures of birds with the spoken provinces and territories of Canada.
Review the birds on the start page. Then on each page listen to the province or territory and find its official bird. The activity is designed so that students will achieve success – they can try each option until they find the correct match. Students can read about the birds using the sets “Birds of Canada – Read a Book.” A French version of the file is also available below.
