Grade 4. In this gridset, the student can read the story, "Beavers." New vocabulary can be learned in an errorless learning "find the word" gridset. Story comprehension can be assessed in a multiple choice writing task. This writing task can be accessed while reading by selecting the question button or as a separate activity. This activity supports the BC Ministry of Education PLO for Grade 4 Science/Life Science – Habitats and Communities: compare the structures and behaviours of local animals and plants in different habitats and communities.
