Addition Problems with Base Ten Blocks

About this Resource
Grade 3. In this project, the student can explore number value using base ten block images. They can explore at four levels 1’s, 10’s, and 100’s; and 1’s, 10’s, 100’s and 1000’s. Equations are presented in a textbox for the students to complete. There are counting bins and drag-a-copy buttons for students to show each item to add. Once represented, the students can drag all items to one bin to find the sum. The student can then write the sum in the textbox and print their page. Created by Kathy Ryan.
