Instructions for Using our Support Request Form

The SET-BC SETdesk support team provides technical support for equipment provided through the SET-BC Loan Bank. School teams may use the form below to request technical assistance from SETdesk.  In order to help our technicians serve you better, please provide as much of the requested information as possible. A name, telephone number, and the SET-BC equipment ID are required. The SET-BC equipment ID can be found on a yellow bar code sticker located on the bottom or back of the equipment.

The person contacting SETdesk must be a school or district staff member, and must be familiar with the problem and have access to the SET-BC equipment when the support team calls. Parents, students, and other non-school personnel requiring technical assistance, must contact the school team member responsible for the SET-BC equipment to have him or her submit the support request.
