Submit a Support Request
The SET-BC SET-DESK support team provides technical support for equipment provided through
the SET-BC loan bank and the CAYA project. Use the form below to request assistance from SET-DESK.
In order to help us better help you, please provide as much of the requested information as possible.
A contact name and telephone number, and the student's name, are required. The contact person should
be someone who is familiar with the problem and will have access to the student's equipment when the
support team calls. The SET-BC or CAYA equipment ID can be found on a yellow bar code sticker located
on the bottom or back of the equipment.
