The SET-BC SET-DESK support team provides technical support for equipment provided through SET-BC and CAYA. School teams and CAYA may use the form below to request technical assistance from SET-DESK.
In order to help us better help you, please provide as much of the requested information as possible.
A contact name, telephone number, and the student's name are required. The contact person should
be someone who is familiar with the problem and will have access to the student's equipment when the
support team calls. The SET-BC or CAYA equipment ID can be found on a yellow bar code sticker located
on the bottom or back of the equipment. This form should only be used for technical support - if you have questions about how to use your SET-BC or CAYA technology or software, please contact your consultant for support and training options.
