- March 23, 2009: Project announcement and application forms sent to special education administrators
- April 30: Application deadline
- May 15: Notification of teachers accepted into the project
- October 23: Orientation and training in Vancouver
- November 10: Provision of hardware, software, related tools and resources
- January 11, 2010 (Tentative): 2nd training day in Vancouver
- January and June 2010: Teachers will complete short project survey
