British Columbia Public Schools
SET-BC district partners download the District Screening Checklist form from the SETpartners database. District Screening Checklists are obtained from the SET-BC District Partner by school teams and submitted to the SET-BC district partner in advance of district screening meetings. Check with your district partner or see the District Screening Checklist for due dates.
British Columbia Independent Schools
Independent school teams go to http://www.bced.gov.bc.ca/independentschools/is_forms/welcome.htm#speced_grant to download the Screening Checklist form. The Independent School Screening Checklist must be submitted to the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools by September 23/11 for Cycle 1, by December 2/11 for Cycle 2, and by March 16/12 for Cycle 3.
