Independent School Screening Checklist

Independent Schools must complete the Independent School Screening Checklist for SET-BC services when requesting service for a student. The Independent School Screening Committee review Screening Checklists to select students for SET-BC service. 

Independent school teams can download the screening checklist from the Forms and Agreements for Independent Schools (Special Education) area of the BC Ministry of Education website. The screening forms can be completed for students funded in Categories A, B, C, D, E and G. The deadline for screening form submissions can be found on the Ministry of Education Independent Schools webpage.
