Independent School Screening Checklist

Independent Schools must complete the Independent School Screening Checklist for SET-BC services when requesting service for a student.  Independent School District Partners review Screening Checklists to select students for SET-BC service.  The next Independent School Screening Checklist for SET-BC services is due at the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools on September 19, 2008. 

The Screening Checklist is found on the BC Ministry of Education / Independent Schools / Forms page at this web address: www.bced.gov.bc.ca/independentschools/is_forms/welcome.htm#speced_grant.  The form will be labelled SET-BC Application Form.  If it is not yet on the site, bookmark the page and return until it is posted.
