PSAP Software Upgrades
Some PSAP software titles have upgrades available after the release of the original product. These upgrades are either:
- Free (no cost upgrade or patch offered from the manufacturer within a specific time of purchase)
- At a cost (an upgrade offered at a reduced cost from the manufacturer within a specific time of purchase - these upgrades are available irregularly and at a cost that is subject to change)

PSAP software upgrades can be ordered online. For those who are unable to use the online ordering system, please contact us for assistance.
Before ordering upgrades, please note the following important guidelines:
- Ensure your computer hardware meets the minimum system requirements for the upgrade - these can be obtained from the Software Overview page or from the vendor sites.
- Software updates can only be ordered by the original software purchaser. If you are not the original purchaser, you must contact that person to arrange an upgrade order.
