PSAP Software Replacement CDs

Software contacts who purchase PSAP software licenses are responsible for ensuring the software CDs are kept in a safe and secure environment.  CDs that are damaged, lost or stolen cannot be simply replaced because replacement CDs must be ordered from the vendors.  If your PSAP CD is lost or damaged, replacements can be ordered through PSAP Online Orders.  The cost of replacement reflects the vendor cost for the CD plus a shipping and handling charge. Damaged CDs

Instructions

  • Complete and submit order through PSAP Online Orders.
  • Send damaged CD to:

  • Replacement CD with original SET-BC bar code identification will be sent back to the shipping address indicated on the replacement order.

Lost or Stolen CDs

Instructions

  • Complete and submit order. You may be contacted via email for further information regarding the original software purchaser or contact to determine the software serial number before the replacement order is processed.
  • Replacement CD with original SET-BC bar code identification will be sent back to the shipping address indicated on the replacement order.
