Start-to-Finish Books are commercially produced interactive books that have been modified for high interest and low vocabulary readers. There are a large number of titles available in the series including classic literature titles as well as non-fiction thematic selections. Each title contains a CD-ROM with the interactive book, an audiocassette and print copy of the book and a teacher's guide. Students can have the text read aloud to them and then complete multiple choice or cloze activities based on the material. These books are appropriate for student's who require reading and comprehension support and make excellent additions to adapted reading programs.
