This grocery shopping list contains generic items that are typically purchased. Students check each item with a coloured marker as needed. The list is discussed ahead of time, to prepare students. At the store, items are checked off with a marker of another colour.

This powerpoint book can be used to rehearse what will happen on a grocery shopping trip to the mall. Students review it before going out. The story can be printed, so that students can also refer to it in other places away from the computer. The book is also an example of using local photos to prepare a student for an outing.
