Paul Edwards

Churchill Fellow of 2000
During the first week of September 2000, SET-BC hosted a visitor from the United Kingdom. Paul Edwards, of Leicester, England, was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to tour selected sites in North America to explore assistive technology applications for Special Needs students who experience a variety of learning challenges. |
|
Paul visited SET-BC Provincial Center in Vancouver, SET-BC Region One Office in Victoria, Sunnyhill, and selected Victoria schools to observe BC students using their technology. This three day visit was a chance for SET-BC personnel to hear about special needs education in the United Kingdom and simultaneously share information on their assistive technology program. Paul returned home with a bounty of SET-BC resources. |

It was indeed a pleasure to meet Mr. Edwards. We are happy Paul visited our website and chose to visit our SET-BC program during his Winston Churchill Fellowship tour of North America. |
